Greer has an elevation of 8500', and averages 8' of snow each winter. We are having a great winter for snow! We are usually covered in snow from December thru March.

Greer is only 8 miles from the Sunrise Ski Park, the best downhill snow skiing and snow boarding in Arizona, with 65 downhill ski trails. Sunrise is open and ski conditions are excellent!

We have Cozy Cabins that sleep from 4 to 8 people.  We have Large Cabins and Townhomes that sleep from 8 to 32 people.  Many of our 50 Cabins are on the River or our Private Lakes.  All are close.

We have the full service 373 Grill Restaurant, open 7am-9pm daily, with great views, healthy / hearty food, a great  inexpensive kids menu, steak, wine, pizzas, draft beer, a full bar, big screen TV's and a friendly staff.
