Our “Specials” are valid through phone reservations only and are intended to offer GREAT discounts on unsold inventory.  Discounting our unsold inventory allows us to keep our regular prices as low as possible. These specials are subject to change or withdrawal until booked.

Sorry, we do not allow an existing reservation who has taken a unit out of the rental pool for a period of time, to cancel and immediately rebook the same dates or the same unit as a "Special"; because the unit has been taken out of our rental pool which took away our ability to rent it at a non-discounted price.  This allows us to keep our regular prices as low as possible. Thank you for your understanding. 
Existing reservations with arrival dates within the next 7 days cannot be changed.
Every "Special" requires payment in full at time of reservation, and once made, there are no changes, cancellations or refunds allowed.  Sorry, no exceptions.
"Mid-Week" means Sunday-Thursday nights.
"Weekend" means Friday-Saturday nights.
Prices include the free use of all Resort Amenities.
