  • We had a great time in our cabin, right near the creek. My kids loved the nearby hiking and enjoyed all our adventures. Cabin had everything we needed and the beds and pillows were especially soft and nice.

While the hills near the highway show signs of strategic backburns, our cabins, the river, and the tall pines throughout town remain exactly as you remember them. The efforts by the Forest Service, Greer Fire Department, and first responders were nothing short of extraordinary. Thanks to their hard work, the heart of Greer was preserved and we are deeply grateful. With temperatures dipping into the 40s tonight, along with afternoon showers in the forecast, now is the perfect time to return to the quiet charm of the White Mountains. We are fully open, accepting reservations, and welcoming guests this Memorial Day Weekend. A few cabins are still available at 50% off for new reservations. As of May 16, the quiet strength of Greer endures, and our cabins, team, and the town we call home remain safe. At the front of the Greer Lodge Resort & Cabins office stands an elk. A steady presence that has long symbolized strength, endurance, and patience. Now more than ever, it reflects the spirit of Greer and the bond so many share with this special place. Due to ongoing access restrictions, Greer Lodge Resort & Cabins will remain temporarily closed through the weekend, with plans to reassess early next week. We are incredibly grateful to the fire crews and first responders working tirelessly to protect Greer and the surrounding areas. Our hearts go out to those impacted by this wildfire and to nearby communities still facing uncertainty. To everyone who has reached out with encouragement and support, thank you.
