Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. All guests must vacate their Cabin by 10am. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in additional charges of $100 per hour being charged to your Credit Card on file.


  • a.) If you make your reservation within 14 days of your arrival, the entire amount of your stay is due at the time you make your reservation, and it is non-refundable and non-changeable for any reason. It must be paid over the telephone at the time you make your reservation with a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit or debit card (herein “Credit Card”), and you must give us the Credit Card number, security code, exact billing address of the Credit Card, expiration date, and name exactly as it appears on the Credit Card. If you cancel your reservation after it is paid for, we will give you a credit for a future stay within 12 months. There are no refunds for any reason.
  • b.) If you make your reservation more than 14 days prior to your arrival, you must give us the Credit Card number, security code, exact billing address of the Credit Card, expiration date, and name exactly as it appears on the Credit Card, at the time you make your reservation with the understanding that you authorize the entire amount of you stay to be charged to your Credit Card 14 days prior to your arrival.We will charge your Credit Card the entire amount of your stay including any applicable Dog Fees, and; any applicable fees for Additional Persons in the Cabin over the standard occupancy; plus 9.8% Tax/Fees. In the event your Credit Card is denied when we attempt to make the above charges, we reserve the right to offer the Cabin for rental to other guests without prior notice.If you cancel your Reservation after it is paid for, we will give you a credit for a future stay within 12 months. There are no refunds for any reason.
  • c.) Group Reservations and Weekly Reservations must be paid for in full at the time of reservation and are Non-Refundable and Non-Changeable for any reason.
    If you cancel your Group or Weekly Reservation after it is paid for, but prior to 14 days of your arrival, we will give you a credit for a future stay within 12 months. There are no refunds for any reason.If you cancel your Group or Weekly Reservation less than 14 days prior to your arrival, there is no refund or credit for future stay.
  • d.) Advance Purchase Reservations must be paid for in full at the time of reservation and are Non-Refundable and Non-Changeable for any reason.If you cancel your Advance Purchase Reservation after it is paid for, but prior to 14 days of your arrival, we will give you a credit for a future stay within 12 months. There are no refunds for any reason. If you cancel Advance Purchase Reservation less than 14 days prior to your arrival, there is no refund or credit for future stay.
  • e.) At check-in you will have to sign our Check-In Form and give us your Credit Card to swipe.


Cabins 97, 253 & 256 Sleeps 4; Cabins 80, 81, 83, 95, 96, 97, 251, 258 & 281 Sleep 6; Cabins 82, 90, 282, 284 & 285 Sleep 8; Cabin 283 Sleeps 12. These are the maximum number of people/children over age 1 that may occupy the Cabin.

Violations will cost you a $250 fee charged to your Credit Card on file, and you are subject to eviction with no refund.


Well-behaved Dogs on leash under the control of an adult are welcome throughout our property grounds.

The only buildings where Dogs are allowed are in our “Dog Friendly Cabins”. A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs (not to exceed 50 lbs each) per Dog Friendly Cabin is allowed at an extra charge of $20 per dog per night. You must register your Dog(s) at Check-In and pay the $20pdpnfee. If you do not register your Dog and pay the $20pdpn fee, you are NOT allowed to have your Dog in your Dog Friendly Cabin; and Violations will cost you a $250 fee charged to your Credit Card on file, and you are subject to immediate eviction with no refund.

Dogs are NOT allowed in any Cabin, except the Dog Friendly unit you are staying in. Please be respectful of our other guests that are allergic to dogs.Violations will cost you Additional Cleaning Fees of $250 charged to your Credit Card on file, per Cabin that your Dog enters, and you are subject to immediate eviction with no refund.

No other types of pets or animals of any kind are allowed (including cats) in our buildings or on our property grounds. Violations will cost you a $250 fee charged to your Credit Card on file, and you are subject to immediate eviction with no refund.

Please do NOT allow dogs on the furniture.

You are responsible for any damage done by your dog(s) during your stay, with additional charges applied as deemed appropriate by us charged to your Credit Card on file.

Dogs may not be left unattended in the Dog Friendly Cabins. Violations will cost you a $250 fee charged to your Credit Card on file, and you are subject to immediate eviction with no refund.

While outside, dogs are required to be on a leash with adult supervision at ALL times. Violations are subject to immediate eviction with no refund.

You are responsible to clean up after your dog(s).

Dog owners are responsible for any and all attacks or injuries sustained to guests, employees, or other animals due to their animal’s actions during their stay.

Dog owners are responsible for ensuring their dog(s) abide by our noise policies during Quiet Hours. Please be courteous and respectful of other guests. Violations are subject to immediate eviction without refund.


If upon departure we determine that items are damaged or missing from your Cabin, you are responsible for payment thereof, and we will apply the appropriate charges to repair or replace the item to your Credit Card on file.


Satellite TV is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to your stay. No refund of rents or adjustments shall be made for outages, content or personal preferences with regard Satellite TV service. In this rural area we are occasionally at the mercy of weather or other outages. At the present time we offer Direct TV Satellite service.


In cold weather, if you want to change the temperature in your cabin, just use the “up” or “down” button to set the desired temperature, up to a maximum of 71 degrees. This “Setback” thermostat is programmed to automatically Setback to a maximum temperature of 68 degrees at 6:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 6:00 PM, and 10:00 PM every day. If you want to increase the temperature after a Setback, simply use the up button again, up to a maximum temperature of 71 degrees. Thank you for helping us conserve our precious energy. Please do NOT try to open the thermostat, pull it off the wall, or otherwise damage it. If the thermostat is damaged, the credit card on file will be charged for the costs of replacement and repairs.
 
These thermostats are a standard in the industry for cold climates. Conscientious landlords such as us, do this to conserve earth’s precious energy, do our part in preserving our planet, and to keep our rental rates as low as possible.


We offer two options for internet access at Greer Lodge Resort & Cabins:

Starlink Internet: Available in select cabins for a daily fee of $20. This broadband satellite internet service is provided by an Elon Musk owned company.
Private Portable HotSpot Device: Rent a device for $20/day at the front desk. This gives you Private Wi-Fi High-Speed Internet Service with up to 2 GB per day. Your phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers can all connect to this device, improving your internet service around Greer. The device has a powerful built-in antenna that connects wirelessly to the nearby cell phone tower, creating a Private High-Speed Wi-Fi Network with its own password. Use your cell phone for Wi-Fi calling or log in with your tablet, laptop, and/or computer to access the internet.

If the Portable Jet Pack / Hot Spot Device is lost, stolen or damaged, additional fees will apply at check-out.


We provide one Blanket per bed; one pillow per person; and one Bath Towel; and Hand Towel per person. Sorry, but due to the capacity of our resort laundry we are unable to provide additional Blankets or Towels. If you require more, we suggest you bring extra ones with you for your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience.

To remain complaint with the CDC guidelines, we no longer provide Wash Cloth Towels in our cabin rentals.

If you are staying for more than 2 nights, we will provide fresh towels & sheets upon request after the 2nd night.


Housekeeping Service in our Cabins is provided after Check-out. Daily Housekeeping Service is NOT provided. If you are staying for more than 2nights, we will provide fresh towels & sheets upon request after the 2nd night.


In our Cabins, we require that you clean your dish-ware, glassware, and pots/pans prior to your departure. In Cabins, we require that you return all furniture to the location it was in upon your arrival. Violations will be charged a $100 fee, charged to your Credit Card on file.


We strive to make your stay a peaceful memorable event. There are times Greer and surrounding areas have power outages. Also, weather conditions sometimes happen including forest fires and snow storms that close roads. None of these can be predicted. During the winter months the roads leading to Greer and our property are plowed by Apache County and/or the State of Arizona. We ask that you be aware of weather conditions before you travel to the White Mountains.During the winter snow and ice conditions we leave a snow shovel and de-icing salt at the Cabins. Depending upon the time of your arrival, we will try to have the walkways shoveled before your arrival.

We are not responsible for ACTS OF GOD & OTHER UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS such as inclement weather, power failures, or any other condition not within our direct control and are unable to provide refunds as a result of these occurrences. We are located at 8,400feet in elevation and received an average of100 inches of snow per Winter (November – March). We suggest that during the Winter, you visit our property using Front, Four or All Wheel Drive vehicles.

We do not provide refunds for reserved stays that are shortened or cancelled due to weather in the region, ACTS OF GOD OR OTHER UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS.


We strictly enforce our “No Smoking” policy inside the Cabins. Violations will cost you a $500 fee charged to your Credit Card on file, and you are subject to immediate eviction with no refund.

Smoking outside is permitted unless there is a Red Flag Day. If you are in doubt about Red Flag Days call us at 928-225-7620 or 928-735-2304 or call the Greer Fire District at 928-735-7279. Please do not throw cigar or cigarette butts on the ground.


Outside fires or fireworks are not allowed on Greer Lodge property.


A propane gas bbq grill is provided for each Cabin; when you are finished please turn off the propane tank. The propane is complimentary, and limited to3 gallons per visit. If you need additional propane gas, contact management and we will provide additional propane for an additional charge, subject to availability.

A Charcoal bbq grill is also provided for each Cabin (some are shared with other Cabins). You need to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.

Outside bbq grills of any kind may NOT be used on Red Flag Days. If you are in doubt about Red Flag Days call us at 928-225-7620 or 928-735-2304 or call the Greer Fire District at 928-735-7279.


Parking at the property is limited. The following lists the number of parking spots allotted to each Cabin size:

  • Each 1 or 2 Bedroom Cabin is entitled to 2 Parking Spaces for standard size cars, trucks or SUV’s.
  • Each 3 Bedroom Cabin is entitled to 3 Parking Spaces for standard size cars, truck, or SUV’s.

We are not able to accommodate RV’s, Motor Homes or Travel Trailers.


Riding ATV’s and dirt bikes on the property is prohibited. You may ride properly registered ATV’s on public roads at your own risk. There are marked ATV and dirt bike trails in the area for your enjoyment.


We do have Minimum Stay Requirements, and they are subject to change without notice. Check with management for details. Here is a general idea of our Minimum Stay Requirements.

Holiday Periods: 3 night minimum stay required in all Cabins, except you may stay 2 nights by paying a slightly higher nightly rate.

Thanksgiving Holiday Period is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, thru Saturday night following Thanksgiving. 3 night minimum stay required in all Cabins.


If you require wheelchair or handicap accessible accommodations, please discuss this with the Reservation Manager at the time you make your reservations.


“Quiet Hours” are from 10pm to 6am. Please be considerate of your neighbors.Violations are subject to immediate eviction without refund at the sole discretion of the management.


We are NOT responsible for any items left behind in your Cabin after departure. If items are found, we will contact you by phone and/or email. If you wish to have the item(s) shipped to you, we will apply the shipping charges to your Credit Card on file.


Unless prohibited by law, we reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion.
